Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Senior Director, Head of Stores EMEA to lead LEGO Brand Retail across the region. You will set commercial direction, drive performance, and create consistent consumer experiences across markets, translating global priorities into regional plans.

As part of the retail leadership team, you will evolve how stores operate and deliver measurable commercial improvements while balancing long-term direction with disciplined execution. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Led large, multi-site retail operations with geographic spread.
• Delivered sustained sales growth, profitability and productivity improvements.
• Directed organisational transformation or large-scale change programmes.
• Built and developed senior leadership teams through coaching and succession planning.
• Translated performance data and market insights into commercial decisions.
• Fluent English; additional European language skills advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial performance of the EMEA retail business across ~80 stores.
• Translate regional and global strategies into executable market plans.
• Improve productivity, operational efficiency, engagement and cost management.
• Lead annual planning, forecasting and investment prioritisation for the region.
• Strengthen store standards, processes, controls and performance measures.
• Shape the retail value proposition with central teams and solve operational challenges.
• Protect and elevate the LEGO brand through memorable in-store experiences.
• Ensure compliance with legal, financial, operational, health and safety requirements.
