Job summary

Tria is seeking a Head of Operational & Technology Platforms to lead a global IT transformation. Remote work with occasional travel to UK offices, you will shape and mature a newly established capability that supports operations and the wider technology estate across the organisation.

You will drive platform strategy, governance and roadmaps, standardise platforms and lead ITSM, ITAM, CMDB and observability efforts while managing vendors, budgets and performance.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading enterprise platforms in complex organisations.
• Strong track record of platform transformation and standardisation.
• Experience managing platforms in asset-intensive environments with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive platform strategy, governance and roadmaps.
• Standardise and rationalise platforms across divisions.
• Lead ITSM, ITAM, CMDB and observability capabilities development.
• Deliver visibility of applications, assets, licences and risks.
• Manage technology vendors, budgets and platform performance.
• Build and lead the Operational & Technology Platforms team.
• Support enterprise transformation initiatives from design to live operation.
