Job summary

Trading Technologies seeks an SVP, Platform Operations to lead the end-to-end deployment pipeline, production observability, and incident management. You will build a global leadership layer and drive platform integration for acquisitions, with a focus on reliability and automated delivery across TT's engineering hubs.

You will own SLO/SLI governance, AI-first operations, and cross-functional collaboration with CTPO, Security, Product and line-of-business heads.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology leadership, including VP/SVP level overseeing platform operations.
• Proven track record leading SRE/DevOps transformations at enterprise scale.
• Experience managing large, geographically distributed teams.
• Experience with M&A due diligence and post-migration integration.
• Strong background in CI/CD modernization and automation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and continuously improve TT's production platform and deployment pipeline.
• Own SRE/Incidents, MTTR reduction, and reliability metrics (SLOs/SLIs).
• Lead and develop leaders across Deployment, Platform Engineering, and Release Management.
• Own cloud account administration across AWS and other providers.
• Define deployment standards and govern CI/CD maturity.
• Drive AI-first operations and automation of recurring tasks.
• Oversee budgeting, vendor relations, and tooling for Platform Ops.
• Partner with CTPO, Engineering, Security, and Business heads.
