Job summary

Trading Technologies seeks an SVP of Platform Operations to consolidate and lead the production platform across SRE, deployment, and platform engineering. You will own the CI/CD pipeline, incident management, and the SLO/SLI framework to raise reliability for critical trading services worldwide.

You will build a leadership layer, expand global engineering hubs, and drive AI-driven automation while aligning with the CTO and business leaders to deliver faster, safer, and more automated platform

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years at VP/SVP level in platform ops.
• Track record of leading SRE transformation in high-availability, latency-sensitive environments (capital markets or similar).
• Experience leading large, geographically distributed teams and global hubs.
• Hands-on experience with M&A due diligence and post-migration platform integration.
• Demonstrated results modernizing CI/CD and automating deployment pipelines at scale.

Responsibilities

• Delivery Transformation: sponsor and lead Internal Development Platform with measurable improvements in deployment metrics.
• Operational Excellence & SRE: own SRE scorecard, incident response, and toil reduction initiatives.
• Systems Engineering: oversee IAM, authentication platforms, and foundational platform plumbing across cloud providers.
• CI/CD & Deployment Maturity: own end-to-end pipelines and enforce deployment standards.
• SLO/SLI Governance: define SLIs/SLOs and provide monthly adherence reporting for clients.
• AI-First Operations: drive AI-driven automation for recurring tasks and tech talks.
• Organization & Global Footprint: build leadership, scale across hubs, follow-the-sun operations.
• M&A Operational Integration: lead due diligence and readiness plans for migrations.
• Budget, Vendors & Tooling: own platform operations budget and vendor relations.
