Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8+ years of product management experience in a technical/engineering setting (adtech, martech, data-driven).
• Experience leading Product Owners/Managers, with performance development responsibilities.
• Strong grasp of Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) and sprint/release planning.
• Ability to operate at strategic and tactical levels with stakeholders and teams.
• Experience working with data infrastructure, automation/AI, or platform integrations is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Define and own product roadmaps aligned to business priorities and growth.
• Partner with design, commercial, activation, planning, and client leadership to drive scalable client value.
• Lead through influence across multiple teams without direct delivery ownership.
• Develop and mentor Product Owners, ensuring alignment to priorities and governance.
• Coordinate with Engineering to ensure readiness and delivery cadence; manage UAT governance.
• Oversee and guide ways of working for the product owners to deliver the bigger picture.
