Job summary

WPP is seeking a Global Programme Manager, Enterprise Data to support the Enterprise Data Programme Director in leading and delivering a comprehensive data transformation initiative. You will manage day-to-day delivery across markets, technology teams and vendors, ensuring plans, risks and outcomes are actively managed to drive the data strategy.

The role is hands-on and requires coordinating across data, technology, governance and analytics workstreams, with a focus on governance, integration

Qualifications

• Project/Programme management qualification desirable (MSP, PRINCE2, APM, PMI or equivalent).
• Experience managing large-scale technology, data or enterprise transformation programmes.
• Familiarity with data platforms, governance, integration, reporting or AI enablement.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of Enterprise Data programme workstreams with clear scope, milestones and outcomes.
• Translate strategy into delivery plans, priorities, governance actions and execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across data, technology, business, governance, analytics and AI enablement teams.
• Maintain visibility of milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and critical path activity.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues and blockers with clear owners and actions.
• Prepare governance updates for SteerCo and senior stakeholders with decisions and actions.
• Support budget tracking, resource planning and benefits management.
• Manage relationships with vendors, delivery partners and internal teams to ensure delivery against expectations.
• Support change, adoption and business readiness activities.
