Job summary

WPP is seeking a data-fluent Product Owner to support development of data-driven marketing solutions, including the WPP Open platform. You will translate user needs and data insights into clear product requirements and work across engineering, data science, and design teams.

With 0–2 years of experience, you will contribute to backlog refinement, plan sprints, and track KPIs while learning AdTech data practices. The role embraces a hybrid work model at our UK offices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL with ability to write complex queries.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and data warehousing.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Looker/Power BI).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Ability to define and document product requirements and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Support product development lifecycle and backlog refinement.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, data scientists and UX Designers.
• Prioritize requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Communicate updates and rationale to stakeholders.
• Identify data opportunities through analysis and market trends.
