Job summary

Royal London is seeking a People Partnering Consultant to join the People Function as part of the Business Partnering team. The role shapes organisational effectiveness, supports business performance and enhances colleague experience through change and strategic people initiatives.

Working closely with People Directors and senior leaders, you’ll translate workforce data into practical actions for talent planning, organisation design, and culture, in a hybrid environment with 50% home/office

Qualifications

• Experience in a People, HR or Business Partnering environment.
• Practical knowledge of HR processes, the colleague lifecycle and BP/CoE concepts.
• Ability to analyse workforce data and present insights to senior stakeholders.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to design organisation structures.
• Knowledge of data protection, confidentiality, governance and change controls.

Responsibilities

• Support organisation structures, operating models and role design using data and analysis.
• Coordinate people and organisational change programmes, managing risks and impacts.
• Support key people cycles including reward, engagement, performance and talent activity.
• Build relationships across Business Partnering, Centres of Expertise and business teams.
• Prepare insights, talent data and briefing packs for workforce planning and talent decisions.
• Analyse organisational data to provide insight and recommendations.
• Champion the Spirit of Royal London values and improve people processes.
