• Build trusted People Partner relationships with senior leads and their teams.
• Develop and drive people strategy, OKRs, performance management and succession.
• Forecast roles with Recruitment and plan for future growth.
• Lead talent planning, assessment and other HR processes.
• Drive organisational development, change and employee communications.
• Develop leadership capability for future success.
• Collaborate with HR CoE to resolve complex problems.
• Advance DEI initiatives across the business units.
