You will oversee onboarding and offboarding across multiple countries, manage compliance and employer-of-record relationships, lead performance and compensation cycles, and maintain accurate HR records while partnering with managers on employee relations.

Qualifications

• Four+ years in people operations or HR with international employment experience.
• Experience with international employment and remote-first teams.
• Knowledge of employment law across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ability to build processes without adding bureaucracy.
