Job summary

Hyve Group is seeking a Head of HR Operations to lead a global HR operations team, spanning the UK, USA, and Asia. You will shape end-to-endPeople processes from onboarding to offboarding, and partner with the HR Director on governance and pay benchmarking.

Ideally you bring a track record in HR shared services, senior stakeholder engagement, and data-driven HR policy development to drive talent attraction and engagement across Hyve’s global footprint.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a HR shared services function including payroll & benefits.
• Proven ability to interact with senior stakeholders at a group function level.
• Proven track record of analyzing and presenting People Analytics for a board audience.
• Experience leading HRIS implementations and ongoing maintenance.
• Experience in PE-backed/OKR environments.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Advanced Microsoft skills including PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team delivering end-to-end HR operations across locations (UK, USA, Asia).
• Design innovative approaches to use HR policies to attract talent and improve retention.
• Oversee payroll and benefits administration processes and documentation.
• Lead global HR policy development aligned with Hyve’s culture and governance.
• Produce monthly HR Board Report and provide data-driven insights.
