Job summary

Citco is seeking a Senior HR Transformation Lead to shape and execute the global people lifecycle strategy. This role drives a data-informed transformation, oversees onboarding, exit and alumni processes, and partners with IT, Finance and Legal to modernise systems and stay compliant.

You will own the transformation roadmap, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and lead adoption of Oracle Fusion and adjacent tooling across recruiting, onboarding and offboarding.

Qualifications

• 10+ years senior leadership spanning strategy, operations and transformation.
• Proven delivery of complex, multi-year transformation roadmaps at global scale.
• Experience running high-volume, SLA-driven operational functions.
• Strong technology, AI and data agenda experience.
• Strong change management and adoption capability.
• Collaborative across IT, Finance, Legal and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own global strategy for all aspects of the people lifecycle.
• Define and execute a 2-3 year transformation roadmap for the lifecycle.
• Oversee end-to-end candidate-to-joiner journey and onboarding framework.
• Oversee exit and alumni framework and related processes.
• Oversee onboarding and leaver processes with defined SLAs.
• Drive system adoption (Oracle Fusion and tooling) and data integrity.
• Standardise data fields and enable predictive insights on talent.
• Define tasks as human-led, AI-augmented or automated.
