Job summary

Teva in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Director, Global Payroll Operations to lead in-country payroll teams and drive a standardized, compliant, digitally enabled model for 30,000+ employees worldwide.

You will shape the multi-year payroll strategy, govern vendor relationships, oversee governance, risk and controls, and partner with HR, Finance, Treasury and IT to deliver accurate, timely payroll across all countries, while advancing automation, self-service and analytics.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in multi-country payroll leadership within large, complex organizations.
• Proven track record leading global teams, driving transformation and change.
• Experience with ADP/payroll platforms; familiarity with SuccessFactors, ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll for all countries with accurate funding and reconciliations.
• Develop and execute the global payroll strategy, operating model and vendor roadmap.
• Modernize payroll solutions with digital tools, automation and AI-enabled support.
• Lead governance, KPIs, risk management and audit readiness for payroll.
