This senior role requires UK and US payroll knowledge, strong governance, and experience building partnerships with People & Culture, Finance, external providers and auditors.

• Significant experience leading payroll operations within a large, complex global organisation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of UK and US payroll legislation.

• Experience leading teams and building cross‑organisational relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a global payroll team.
• Oversee high‑volume weekly and monthly payroll cycles across multiple entities.
• Turn complex payroll data into dashboards and insights for senior leadership.
• Lead payroll audits, tax reconciliations and year‑end statutory requirements.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex payroll matters.
• Build relationships with external payroll providers, auditors, HMRC and pension providers.
