Teva Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Director of Global Payroll Operations to lead in-country payroll teams and partner with HR, Finance, and IT. The role drives operational excellence, governance and a standardized, digitally enabled global payroll model for ~30,000 employees worldwide.

You will oversee end-to-end payroll delivery, strategy, modernization, and employee experience improvements, partnering across functions to ensure compliance and scalable local delivery.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of multi-country payroll experience in a large organization.
• Led global payroll teams and transformation initiatives.
• Strong governance, risk, and compliance capabilities.

• Ensure end-to-end payroll delivery across countries with accurate funding and reconciliations.
• Develop and execute a multi-year global payroll strategy and operating model.
• Modernize payroll systems and data ownership for scalable delivery.
• Enhance employee experience through self-service, analytics, and AI-enabled support.
• Oversee payroll integrations with time, HR, and Finance systems.
• Lead governance, KPIs, and risk reporting for global payroll.
