This role will shape enterprise-level solutions across multiple European markets, combining architectural leadership with hands-on involvement in solution design and delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong solution architecture experience across enterprise-scale design and delivery.
• Expertise in global payroll processes across multiple countries and providers.
• Experience with Workday HCM, Workday Compensation and Workday Prism.
• Understanding of EU Pay Transparency, pay equity and compensation reporting.
• Payroll integrations, ETL pipelines and data transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of end-to-end architecture for payroll transformation initiatives.
• Ensure solutions meet business requirements, while remaining secure, scalable and compliant.
• Oversee global payroll integration and Workday-based solutions across markets.
• Provide architectural leadership during solution design and delivery.
