Qualifications

Extensive experience delivering Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement CRM solutions.
Strong background in CRM configuration, customization and workflows.
Proficient in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Experience with Azure services and .NET development.
Proven ability to design and implement integrations and data migration.

Responsibilities

Lead technical solutioning across Dynamics 365 projects in London.
Translate business requirements into robust CRM architectures and designs.
Provide technical direction through delivery and ensure best practices are followed.
Shape end-to-end solutions across D365, Power Platform, Azure and integrations.
