Capgemini is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect or Business Architect with deep payments expertise to lead design and modernization across domestic and international payment ecosystems. The role spans governance, architecture delivery, and program alignment with business objectives, regulatory demands, and evolving payment standards.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Banking/Financial Services
• Extensive experience in Global Payments Processing
• Strong knowledge of Global Financial Messaging Processes
• Hands-on with ISO 20022, ISO 8583 and SWIFT messaging standards
• Deep understanding of UK Payments ecosystem: CHAPS, FPS, BACS
• Experience with International Payment Schemes: SWIFT, SEPA
• Knowledge of New Payments Architecture (NPA) and National Payments Vision (NPV)
• Experience in Payment Orchestration and Payment Automation initiatives
• Strong solution design and architecture for payment infrastructures
• Expertise in systems integration across banking apps and networks
• Open Banking and API ecosystems familiarity
• Real-time payments modernization experience
• TOGAF/Zachman or equivalent certifications

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain target-state architecture for payment services across domestic and international ecosystems.
• Develop business capability models, processes, and roadmaps for payment modernization.
• Align transformation programs with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives.
