Job summary

Teva is seeking a Senior Director, Global Payroll Operations to lead in-country payroll teams and partner with HR, Global Mobility, Finance, and vendors. You will drive a modern, compliant payroll function supporting 30,000+ employees worldwide and report to the VP, HR Operations.

You will design the multi-year strategy, govern operations, and lead global payroll modernization, including self-service, analytics and AI-enabled support. Strong leadership across functions is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive multi-country payroll leadership experience (15+ years) in a large multinational.
• Proven governance, SOX, and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Experience with ADP or similar payroll platforms; strong analytics & project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll delivery across all countries with accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and execute global payroll strategy and operating model.
• Modernize payroll systems, analytics, automation and self-service.
• Oversee governance, KPIs, audits and business continuity.
