Job summary

Via seeks a Global Head of Payroll to lead and scale payroll operations across the company’s global footprint, spanning the United States, Europe, Israel, and other markets with EOR support. You will shape global payroll strategy, governance, compliance, and vendor management while building a high‑performing payroll organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive payroll leadership experience including multinational operations.
• Experience leading global payroll teams across multiple countries and regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead global payroll operations across all countries and entities with timely, compliant processing.
• Develop scalable payroll governance, policies, and controls for a growing workforce.
• Manage relationships with payroll providers, EOR partners, tax advisors and vendors.
• Partner with People, Finance, Tax, Equity, and Legal to ensure accurate data flow and compliance.
• Drive payroll technology strategy including Workday, iiPay, and P&I Loga implementations.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for headcount, payroll spend, and executive insights.
