Global Payments Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead Payroll Specialist to join our payroll team and help shape the future of global commerce. This role handles high-volume payroll across location and subsidiaries, ensuring accurate earnings, deductions, and tax compliance.

You will mentor junior staff, optimize processes, and work with HRIS/timekeeping systems to deliver timely payroll data and reports for management and audits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Typically 6+ Years Relevant Exp.
• Payroll and HRIS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Administers payroll with understanding of hours, accruals, taxes, garnishments.
• Provides reports for earnings, taxes, deductions, and leaves for funding, GL entry, audit purposes.
• Uses HRIS and timekeeping systems to update information and generate reports.
• Keeps up-to-date with state/federal payroll tax laws and resolves discrepancies.
• Oversees training of junior payroll administrators.
