Job summary

Borr Drilling Ltd is seeking a highly capable Payroll Specialist to coordinate end-to-end payroll across multiple jurisdictions. The role requires strong analytical skills, confidentiality, and experience with in-house and outsourced payroll providers.

You will validate inputs, process changes, and provide guidance to employees and stakeholders. The ideal candidate has CIPP qualification (desirable), Experience with Workday or other HRIS, and a solid grasp of UK payroll regulations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of payroll processes, controls and data validation.
• Experience with multi-country payroll operations.
• Experience with third-party payroll providers.
• UK payroll legislation knowledge (desired).
• Workday HRIS experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end payroll across multiple jurisdictions (in-house and outsourced).
• Validate input sheets and calculate pro rata payments for changes.
• Process third-party payroll templates and ensure accurate changes, including benefits and allowances.
• Provide payroll support and resolve queries with stakeholders and employees.
• Validate payroll outputs and ensure compliance with PAY.CONTROLS and statutory requirements.
