Job summary

Rapid7 is seeking a Global Payroll Analyst to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll operations across international locations. You will partner with People Strategy, Finance, Tax, Benefits, and external payroll providers to keep payroll data complete and aligned with local requirements.

Based in Belfast, you will process payroll end-to-end for multiple countries, manage deadlines, audit inputs, generate reports for finance and audits, and support year-end tax reporting while maintaining

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for multiple countries end to end, with the support of the assigned Global Payroll Provider.
• Prioritize payroll deadlines to ensure compliance.
• Audit gross to net payroll inputs
• Research, resolve, and identify root cause of payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries in a timely manner.
• Prepare payroll reports and provide data for financial reporting, audits, and management anaylsis.
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization as needed.
• Assist as needed with month-end closing queries as they relate to the payrolls.
• Access online banking systems to initiate all necessary funding payments for payroll, taxes and benefits as designated per country.
• Maintain payroll procedures, documentations, and process controls.
• Assist with Year-End tax reporting, employee documents, and processing.
