Rapid7 is seeking a Global Payroll Analyst to manage payroll operations across international locations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance. You will partner with People Strategy, Finance, Tax, Benefits and external providers to ensure complete and correct payroll data.

You will process payroll end-to-end for multiple countries, audit inputs, resolve discrepancies, prepare reports, and assist with year-end tax reporting; strong English and Czech language skills preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in global payroll operations.
• Experience with Workday and ADP systems preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Czech language would be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Process payroll for multiple countries end to end with support from Global Payroll Provider.
• Prioritize payroll deadlines to ensure compliance.
• Audit gross to net payroll inputs.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries promptly.
• Prepare payroll reports for financial reporting and audits.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
• Assist with month-end close queries related to payroll.
• Manage online banking payments for payroll, taxes, and benefits as required.
• Maintain payroll procedures and controls.
• Assist with Year-End tax reporting and employee documents.
