Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive payroll operations experience in a high-growth tech company with a global footprint.
• Experience with international payroll, tax compliance, and multi-currency distributions.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills for data analysis, reconciliation, and audit modeling.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in payroll, accounting, finance, HR, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute payroll across 15+ countries, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regional pay schedules.
• Oversee equity compensation payroll (RSUs, stock options) and regulatory compliance.
• Lead payroll technology projects, optimize Workday configurations, and drive automation.
• Collaborate with Benefits, People Operations, Legal, Finance, and external vendors.
• Establish and enforce global payroll policies and SOX controls.
