Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in payroll, accounting, finance, HR, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive payroll operations experience in a global tech environment.
• Proficiency with Workday Payroll and global payroll software platforms.

Responsabilités

• Manage and execute multi-country payroll delivery across 15+ international countries with accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead payroll calendar, controls, and post-payroll activities to ensure compliance and timely payments.
• Collaborate with local providers to meet regional processing windows and regulatory requirements.
• Drive Workday enhancements and global payroll projects to scale processes and reporting.
• Partner with Finance, Tax, Legal, and Vendors to optimize payroll workflows and audits.
