The Opportunity

We are looking for a seasoned Global Payroll and Benefits Manager to lead and scale our international payroll and benefits operations. This newly created role reports directly to the Head of HR and plays a key part in building a world-class function that supports our global workforce.

As a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise, you’ll ensure the timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of payroll across multiple jurisdictions. You'll partner with stakeholders across HR and Finance, drive continuous improvement, and help shape a high-performing reward infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Stand Up: A new payroll system and manage the end-to-end integrationand advising the business accordingly.
  • Lead Global Payroll Operations: Oversee end-to-end payroll processing across various countries, ensuring full compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements.
  • Strategic Business Partnering: Provide expert advice on global reward structures and payroll best practices to business leaders.
  • Integration & Collaboration: Work closely with HR to ensure seamless integration between payroll and broader HR systems and processes.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage and optimize employee benefit programs globally.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive automation, streamline processes, and implement payroll technology solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Governance & Compliance: Monitor legal, tax, and regulatory updates to ensure global compliance.

What You’ll Bring

  • Extensive Payroll Expertise: Deep understanding of international payroll processes, including compliance, taxation, and reporting.
  • Leadership & Vision: Proven ability to lead payroll functions at scale, ideally in a multi-location or international setting.
  • HRIS & Tech Savvy: Experience working with HRIS platforms and managing payroll system implementations and upgrades.
  • Analytical & Strategic: Strong decision-making and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and implement best practices.
  • Qualifications:
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or HR.
  • Payroll certification required.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with automation and process improvement.
