Job summary

Caseware seeks a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to deliver end-to-end payroll for multiple countries and support regional benefits administration. You will collaborate with People Operations, Finance, and external providers to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll and benefits delivery.

You will support implementations, automation, and process improvements across the global function while handling confidential data with discretion and a continuous-improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of UK & Netherlands payroll experience.
• Experience supporting international payrolls, including Colombia.
• Experience with Ceridian Dayforce is a must.
• CIPP certification or working towards it is an asset.
• Experience with benefits administration is an asset.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to handle confidential data with discretion.
• Willingness to learn and adopt AI/automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end payroll processing across the UK, NL and Colombia, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain payroll data for new hires, terminations, changes and leaves in the system.
• Perform payroll validation, audits, and reconciliations; resolve discrepancies.
• Support year-end and statutory payroll activities and filings.
• Liaise with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders for issues and updates.
• Respond to payroll inquiries with clear, service-oriented communication.
• Partner with People Operations and Finance on data, reporting and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate payroll processes.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
• Support benefits administration including enrollment and changes.
