Job summary

HiBob is seeking a Global Payroll Administrator to support payroll across multiple regions. You will manage data integrity, process inputs, and ensure timely, compliant payroll delivery.

With 2+ years of payroll administration experience, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders, improve automated workflows, and contribute to pension and statutory data preparation. Hybrid work from day 1, with health benefits and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll administration experience.
• Experience processing end to end payroll in a bureau or multi customer environment.
• Proficient with payroll systems and Excel.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Global Payroll Administration experience is highly advantageous, especially if that comes with an interest in the US!

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process payroll inputs across multiple regions.
• Manage data integrity across the payroll system, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
• Support statutory data preparation and pension processing.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and maintain compliance.
