Job summary

JAG Talent is recruiting a Global Payroll Manager to lead the end-to-end payroll function for a global workforce of around 300 employees. The role focuses on accuracy, compliance and timely delivery across multiple countries.

You will work closely with HR, Finance and external payroll providers to optimise processes, controls and systems while ensuring statutory deadlines are met. Hybrid work from a Victoria, London office is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience managing payroll for a global or multi-country workforce.
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation with international exposure.
• Experience working with external payroll providers and HRIS systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll for ~300 employees globally.
• Coordinate payroll across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
• Work with HR and Finance to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery.
• Manage relationships with external payroll providers and other third parties.
• Support audits, reconciliations and year-end processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and controls.
