Job summary

Klipboard is seeking a Payroll Administrator to support monthly payroll for multiple entities, ensuring statutory compliance and accurate pension administration. The role sits within the Reward team and requires strong attention to detail and excellent stakeholder engagement.

We operate a flexible hybrid policy with three days in the office and two days working from home and offer a collaborative environment that embraces AI and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong numeracy and high attention to detail.
• Competence with and experience of payroll systems and procedures.
• Ability to maintain absolute discretion with sensitive data.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process and coordinate monthly payroll activities for multiple entities.
• Administer statutory payments and entitlements (SSP, SMP, SPP).
• Perform payroll reconciliations and validations for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain payroll, pension, benefits and employee records across systems.
• Prepare payroll-related reports for HR, Finance and management.
• Submit payroll information to HMRC and pension providers as required.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and pension providers to ensure efficient operations.
