CopeCart, a fintech SaaS in the United Kingdom, seeks a Senior/Lead Business Analyst to drive the analysis, design, and optimization of our payments, tax, and compliance platforms, with a strong focus on international expansion.

You will partner with Product Owners to shape roadmaps, create BRDs and user stories, model processes with BPMN, and mentor junior analysts in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Strong foundational knowledge of payment systems and international payment processing.
• Deep understanding of PCI-DSS compliance requirements and GDPR/PSD2/regional rules.
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, e‑commerce, or banking domains preferred.
• Proven Agile/Scrum experience and proficiency with BA tools.

Responsabilités

• Influence product strategy and roadmaps with Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Lead requirements gathering for major initiatives across payment, tax, and compliance domains.
• Identify and champion process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Establish and evolve BA practices, standards, and documentation for the org.
• Translate business needs into actionable user stories for agile teams.
• Foster backlog refinement and ensure stories meet Definition of Ready.
