Job summary

Lab49, Inc. in London/Greater London area is seeking an experienced consultant to join a large institutional multi-year business transformation and integration project in cross-border payments.

You will work in a hybrid team, engaging with client stakeholders to gather requirements, validate outputs, and facilitate workshops while delivering detailed specs, architectures, roadmaps, and process improvements across complex financial flows.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial markets and payments domains.
• Ability to model and document business requirements and processes.
• Experience with agile methods including epics, user stories and backlogs.
• Strong written and verbal communication for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Develop business requirements and backlogs.
• Create detailed business specifications with numerical examples.
• Design functional architectures and solution designs.
• Build delivery roadmaps; identify dependencies, risks and issues.
• Perform business process reengineering.
• Engage with client stakeholders and validate Lab49 output.
• Facilitate workshops to resolve requirements and risks.
