Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team in London. You will partner with Product leadership to advise on budgets, performance, investments, and strategic initiatives, shaping how we allocate resources and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Completed a professional accountancy qualification such as CIMA, ACCA or ACA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and data management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with experience using data visualisation and reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Experience building financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses to support decision‑making.
• A solid understanding of FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence at all levels.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights.
• A proactive and commercially focused mindset, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality, accurate financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product leaders to provide financial insight, challenge assumptions, and support strategic decision‑making.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance management for assigned product areas.
• Analyse product performance, investment spend, revenue, cost, margin, and key business drivers.
• Identify risks, opportunities, trends, and variances, providing clear recommendations to support financial targets.
• Build business cases, financial models, and scenario analysis for product investments, growth opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
• Support investment prioritisation, capital planning, governance, and tracking against approved business cases.
• Contribute to Quarterly Product Reviews through financial analysis, performance commentary, and insight‑led recommendations.
• Build strong relationships across Product, Technology, Commercial, and Finance to drive collaboration and commercial outcomes.
• Deliver ad hoc analysis, modelling, and presentations to support senior stakeholder and executive decision‑making.
