Teagle Machinery Ltd. has an opening in its busy aftersales parts team for a Technical Parts Advisor. You will focus on global shipments to our distributor network while handling UK customer and dealer enquiries.

Strong admin skills and ERP familiarity are key in a fast-paced, office-based role near Truro. Experience with Epicor or similar ERP systems and Microsoft Office is highly preferred. The role offers a Monday–Friday, 8:00–16:15 schedule with 28 days holiday and opportunities for growth

Formación

• Experience with international shipping and customs procedures.
• Strong business administration skills and professional communication.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Proficient computer literacy including Microsoft Office; ERP familiarity preferred.
• Experience with Epicor or similar ERP systems is highly preferable.

Responsabilidades

• Process shipments for global distributor network and UK customers.
• Liaise with Sales, Accounts and Manufacturing to keep customers informed.
• Handle enquiries, order processing and general administration.
• Support parts with technical queries and aftersales service.
