Job summary

Safeguard Global is seeking a Partnerships Manager to identify, recruit, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that drive top-of-funnel leads and expand our UK market presence. You will work closely with the Director of Partnerships, EMEA, to shape the approach and deliver measurable business impact through alliances.

The role offers remote-first flexibility with some roles requiring office presence, enabling a balance between collaboration and autonomy across a global team.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in partnership management, business development, or channel programs.
• Success in identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and activating new strategic partners.
• Experience in EOR, HR Tech, SAAS, Recruitment, or payroll is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new partnerships that align with growth objectives.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
• Manage the full partnership lifecycle—from sourcing to activation and performance management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales and Product to ensure mutual value.
• Define and execute partnership strategies and goals in alignment with EMEA and UK growth priorities.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, sharing insights to optimize impact.
• Stay informed on industry trends to identify opportunities.
• Act as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring exceptional experience.
