Job summary

Make UK is seeking a National Partnerships Manager on maternity cover to oversee and grow our portfolio of commercial partnerships, with a focus on the Member Benefits programme. The role combines account management, business development, project delivery and stakeholder engagement to deliver value for members and sustainable income for Make UK.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial partnerships, account management or business development.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness, including interpreting budgets and financial performance.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and influencing skills.
• Experience identifying and developing new partnership opportunities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Managing relationships with Member Benefit Partners and other key stakeholders.
• Driving lead generation and referral activity to achieve partnership revenue targets.
• Collaborating with membership, marketing and other teams to maximise member engagement with partner offers.
• Monitoring partnership performance and producing reports and insights.
• Developing promotional campaigns and collateral with internal colleagues.
• Planning and delivering partnership events and identifying new opportunities.
• Supporting tender processes to introduce new member benefit services.
• Designing and implementing new partnership models and onboarding strategic partners.
