Formula E is seeking a Partnerships Director to provide strategic leadership and expert oversight of the global commercial partner program. You will translate partner objectives into high-impact strategies and lead cross-functional teams to maximise rights activation and long-term revenue growth.

In this hybrid London role you will manage senior relationships, defend renewal strategies, and drive incremental value through data-driven activation across markets and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing major commercial partnerships or sponsorships.
• Proven track record growing global accounts through renewals and upsell.
• Experience designing multi-channel activation programs at scale.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with C-suite executives.
• Analytical mindset using data to measure impact and inform decisions.
• Proactive leadership with a focus on long-term value creation.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and account oversight for Formula E's global partners.
• Advise C-suite and executive stakeholders on strategic partnership directions.
• Own senior relationships and develop multi-year joint business plans.
• Drive growth through upsell, new markets, and expanded rights.
• Translate rights into compelling brand and marketing activation programmes.
• Define KPIs and use analytics to demonstrate ROI and value.
• Mobilise internal teams to deliver integrated partner campaigns.
• Oversee activation budgets, tracking, forecasting, and governance.
• Lead cross-functional delivery to maximise activation and retention.
