Job summary

M3 Global Research, part of the M3 Group, is seeking a Digital Growth & Panel Marketing Associate Director to drive global panel acquisition and engagement. You will own multi-channel campaigns, identify ROI opportunities and ensure a seamless user journey for respondents.

You will lead a global panel marketing team, mentor staff, and develop strategies to maximise participation while delivering measurable ROI and growth for multiple panel brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or related field) with 5+ years in market research panels.
• 5+ years managing marketing or market research panel teams.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead global panel marketing campaigns to attract and retain participants.
• Design and optimise campaigns across digital channels (social, email, paid ads, SEO).
• Oversee content governance, blogs, websites and multimedia assets for panel growth.
