Job summary

M3 Global Research, part of M3 Inc., seeks a Digital Growth & Panel Marketing Associate Director to drive global panel acquisition and engagement strategies. You will lead campaigns across multiple panel brands, optimise user experience, and ensure ROI through data-driven decision making.

You will manage a global panel marketing team, shape brand governance, and develop content strategies across blogs, websites, emails, and social channels to boost registrations and long-term participation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; or relevant experience.
• At least five years of professional experience managing market research panels, B2C marketing or membership marketing management
• At least five years of professional experience managing marketing or market research panel teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead global panel marketing campaigns to attract new participants across multiple panel brands.
• Design, test, and refine panel marketing strategies to maximise acquisition, retention and engagement.
• Oversee multi-channel campaigns (social media, email, paid ads, SEO) and monitor ROI.
• Develop programs with clear ROI to encourage repeat participation and long-term engagement.
• Use data-driven insights to optimise campaigns and improve ROI.
