Responsibilities

• Recruit respondents for projects in Global regions and QQFS markets.
• Call panelists to recruit, schedule interviews and confirm details.
• Maintain panel registrations and reactivate accounts as needed.
• Troubleshoot inquiries, liaise with project management, and ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure data quality and investigate any fraud or irregular responses.
• Provide high quality support to M3 Global Research members via phone and email.
