M3 USA is seeking a recruitment-focused professional to support QQFS, a Gothenburg-based market research subsidiary of M3 Inc. You will manage panel recruitment and engagement across the Nordics and other markets, calling respondents, scheduling interviews, and maintaining data quality. Qualifications

Fluency in Dutch and English.
Clear and effective communication with diverse audiences.
Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

Recruitment tasks for projects in Global regions and QQFS markets.
Reach out to M3 Global Research panelists via phone and cold calling to recruit respondents.
Schedule interviews and manage panel recruitment timelines.
Plan and implement panel recruitment solutions to maximise internal resources.
Provide updates to project management on progress, results and plans.
Flag risks to senior management when recruitment is off track.
Ensure outsource targets for markets are achieved.
Build and maintain relationships with panel members through timely communication.
Handle inquiries via phone and email and ensure timely resolution.
Investigate fraud respondents per data quality procedures.
Complete verification for new members and link testing for projects.
