TEAM is seeking a Paid Search Manager to translate advertising spend into profitable growth across international markets. You will own hands-on campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Apple Search Ads, and UAC, driving optimization and scale while collaborating with Marketing, Analytics, and Product teams.

You’ll lead planning, testing, and budget pacing, with opportunities to expand into people management as the team grows in a large international iGaming organisation.

Qualificações

• Strong hands-on PPC or performance marketing experience across major platforms.
• Excellent knowledge of keyword strategy, bidding, targeting, campaign structure, optimization, forecasting and performance measurement.
• Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting campaign data and making evidence-led decisions.
• Experience with A/B testing across ad copy, landing pages, messaging and targeting.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, manage and optimise acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Apple Search Ads and Universal App Campaigns.
• Own campaign structure, keyword strategy, search query analysis, bidding, targeting and budget pacing across multiple international markets.
• Plan and analyse A/B tests across advertising copy, creative assets, landing pages, bidding strategies and targeting.
• Monitor CTR, CPC, conversion rates, CPA, ROAS and revenue, and work with Analytics to turn data into actions.
• Support budget planning, forecasting and reporting, highlighting performance issues and building data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with Creative and Product teams on messaging and testing while keeping pace with platform developments.
