Job summary

The Very Group is expanding its Digital Marketing Team to maximise profitable acquisition across paid social platforms. The Digital Marketing Manager will own campaigns on Meta, Pinterest, TikTok and YouTube, manage day-to-day media spend and drive new customer growth.

You will lead a small team, report to the Digital Marketing Lead for Paid Social, collaborate with internal partners, and translate platform data into clear performance insights.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years marketing experience with a strong understanding of paid social ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience of managing Paid Social campaigns.
• Experience of managing and developing a direct report.
• Experience of both direct response activity utilising feeds and branding activity.

Responsibilities

• Campaign leadership – plan, execute and optimise campaigns on Meta, Pinterest, TikTok and YouTube across the funnel.
• Budgeting optimisation - oversee and allocate paid social budgets ensuring KPIs such as ROI.
• Stake holder management - main point of contact for paid social and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Translate and explain platform data to report performance to diverse stakeholders.
