Job summary

Voy is seeking a world-class Paid Search Lead to own a major acquisition channel in the UK, with growth potential internationally. You’ll manage a multi-million-pound budget and own strategy, automation, measurement and optimization to drive profitable growth.

You’ll design automated bidding systems, apply AI to scale impact, and develop search strategies that outperform competitors in the UK’s competitive digital market.

Qualifications

• Experience managing paid search at scale, ideally in a consumer business.
• Comfort with raw data, advanced spreadsheets and SQL.
• Hands-on automation experience with Google Ads Scripts or APIs.

Responsibilities

• Own Paid Search end-to-end across the UK with multi-million-pound budget.
• Build and improve automated bidding systems using value-based bidding and scripts.
• Leverage AI to scale analysis, workflows and creative generation.
• Develop auction strategies including conquesting and market coverage.
• Analyze performance data, attribution, and incrementality.
• Collaborate with Data, Engineering and CRO teams on measurement and conversion.
• Forecast performance and drive commercial decisions with analysis.
• Create scalable playbooks for international expansion.
