Bloom & Wild is expanding its Digital Marketing Team to drive sustainable growth through innovative paid search campaigns across the UK and other markets. You will own the paid search strategy, budget, and optimization, while leading our external agency and collaborating with brand, analytics, product and international teams.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-market execution, and staying ahead of platform updates.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience managing Google Search, Shopping and Performance Max at scale.
• Experience managing third-party agencies to drive results and align with business goals.
• Proficiency with analytics tools, conversion tracking and Google Merchant Center.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid search strategy and campaigns across multiple markets.
• Manage search budget, CAC, LTV and retention costs to guide investment decisions.
• Oversee agency partner performance with SLAs and ROI targets.
• Define keyword strategy, ad copy testing and audience targeting with stakeholders.
• Oversee Google App Campaigns and Apple Search Ads to drive installs and engagement.
• Collaborate with Google account managers and internal teams to optimize campaigns.
• Improve product feeds and backend processes for Shopping and Performance Max.
• Extract insights to shape the paid media roadmap and forecasting.
