Job summary

PetLab Co. is seeking a Paid Search & YouTube Lead in London to drive scalable customer acquisition through Google and Bing campaigns, while exploring AI-powered search and LLM-based strategies.

You'll work with content, SEO and ecommerce teams, manage large budgets, mentor a small team, and partner with Google reps to push growth across markets. This is a fast-paced role at a rapidly growing D2C startup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing large-scale campaigns across Search/Shopping/YouTube/Display with multi-hundred-thousand USD budgets.
• Experience or strong working knowledge of marketing through LLMs and AI-powered search.
• Familiarity with GEO and AEO concepts and their impact on brand discovery.
• Strong KPI-driven performance marketing mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies across Google/Bing tactics to scale new customer acquisition.
• Manage GMC feed/product performance on Google Shopping.
• Use analytics to make strategic recommendations to optimise CPA/ROAS.
• Drive cross-sells and loyalty through retargeting across Google placements.
• Oversee international expansion of the brand across search engines.
• Collaborate with paid/organic teams to create cohesive digital strategies and test opportunities.
• Experiment with LLMs/AI search strategies and test budgets.
