Job summary

Formula E is seeking a senior leader to act as an operational extension of the Paddock & Logistics Director in London, balancing commercial strategy with financial governance while coordinating globally from our head office and race venues.

You will oversee mega-event freight, negotiate contracts, drive cost optimisations, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and lead on-site paddock operations and supplier performance across races worldwide.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in global freight logistics and mega-event execution.
• Strong regulatory knowledge: ATA Carnets, Dangerous Goods, Known Consignor, and global customs.
• Proven leadership under live event pressure, with direct communication and supplier accountability.
• Willingness to travel internationally for sustained race weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead main race freight planning, contract lifecycle management and budget oversight.
• Manage paddock setups, material flows and contractor performance on-site.
• Support high-value contract negotiations, define scope and SLA/KPI frameworks, hold suppliers to commitments.
• Ensure compliance with international customs regulations, site safety standards and sustainability targets.
