Job summary

Formula E in London is seeking a Senior Premium Experience Manager – Off Track on a fixed-term basis to drive our off-track event strategy and premium activations. You will line-manage the Off-Track Team and partner with Marketing, Commercial, and Sporting leads across global events.

The role focuses on flagship events like the Monaco Gala, alongside live event operations during race weekends. You will combine strategic planning with hands-on execution to elevate partner value and fan engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex, large-scale international events or premium hospitality.
• Hands-on expertise managing multi-event budgets and P&Ls.
• Ability to lead teams and engage with C-suite, VIP guests, and external partners.
• Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Strategically plan and execute flagship events including Monaco Gala and other activations across the global calendar.
• Oversee race-week activities and side events with a focus on guest experience and cross-functional alignment.
• Manage budgets, cost control, supplier negotiations, and contract processes.
• Line manage the Off-Track Team and coordinate with international suppliers and agencies.
