Job summary

IN2 Consult is seeking a Global P2P Process Owner to take strategic ownership of the end-to-end Procure to Pay process across the Group. This senior role shapes the global P2P strategy, operating model, governance, and continuous improvement agenda across geographies and entities.

You will drive standardisation, automation and ERP optimisation, partnering with Finance, Procurement, Shared Services and Technology to deliver a scalable, digitally enabled P2P function.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in finance, procurement or transformation.
• Proven experience designing, standardising end-to-end P2P processes in complex, multi-entity organisations.
• Strong understanding of Procure to Pay, AP, purchasing, supplier management and controls.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the global P2P strategy, operating model and governance framework.
• Drive standardisation and harmonisation of P2P processes across geographies and business units.
• Oversee end-to-end P2P lifecycle from requisition through to payment and supplier management.
• Lead multi-year P2P transformation roadmap and automation initiatives.
• Establish KPIs, SLAs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
